What does a healing treatment session involve?
Japanese Reiki or Egyptian Sekhem are both universal energy healing systems. They are neither religious nor dependent on any faith. They are simple, direct and balancing forms of holistic healing. Through a gentle, hands-on treatment, healing energy brings peace and harmony to the mind, body and spirit by stimulating the body's own natural healing potential.
The energy of Reiki, Sekhem or Flower Essences can be used to great effect in many ways. Whether one is suffering from stress or tension, wishing to improve the quality of relationships at home or work, dealing with exam nerves, or in pain, the beneficial effects of Reiki occur on many levels.
A Reiki or Sekhem hands-on treatment takes approximately 1 hour. I usually recommend four treatments sessions a week apart in the first instance - then review – though this does vary from person to person.
